"Gonna make you SWEAT" My favorite at home workout resources!
I have been working out from home for YEARS now and have tried quite a lot of programs. I’ve narrowed down my favorites for you in this blog post. I've added links to all of these sources plus the reasons why I love them so much!
I got in the best shape of my LIFE doing Tone it Up workouts! In my tiny NY apartment with just 5 & 8 lb weights, resistance bands, & running in my neighborhood in Queens. I was also following the Tone It Up nutrition plan guidelines… which as they say “abs are made in the gym, but revealed in the kitchen” So that made a huge difference. Now their workouts are more accessible than ever with the Tone It Up Studio App. I will be honest and tell you that I was very hesitant of the App at first. I had spent 4-5 years following Karena & Katrina’s workouts through their website and DVD’s back in the day! So it was a change, but a great one! I use my Studio Tone it Up App almost every day! It is so worth it in my opinion! $12.99 per month or $83.99 for the whole year. It is FILLED with all different types of workouts and meditations. From HIIT (NO ONE does a HIIT workout as well as the TIU team) to Barre, to Yoga. From 10 minute workouts to 40 minute workouts. There is something for everyone.
I followed Madeline’s Move. Sweat. Shred. series leading up to my wedding and I felt lean and HELLA strong! What I love about Madeline Moves is that her workouts pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of. I don’t have her app, but I am sure it is fantastic as I know that her workouts are awesome. Her App is $20 per month or $200 for the year. The Move. Sweat. Shred. 8 week plan is $40 and SO worth it!. I still go back and do those workouts frequently. She also shares workouts on her instagram constantly and I really respect that she offers so much free content!
If you need a change up in your routine and are looking to push yourself, I really recommend her workouts!
I started doing Lauren Gleisberg programs when i wanted to learn more about lifting. She is a great resource. I learned so much from her workout programs. I improved my form, learned moves I had never heard of, and increased my weight throughout which made me feel like a true Warrior. She always has a gym guide and home guide with her workout challenges. Which is GREAT for this current time. Her workouts are challenging but doable and a great price! Anywhere from $12-$22. Once you purchase one of her programs, you have it forever! It is a resource that will just keep on giving.

💪🏻 @toneitup - live Instagram workouts! Their YouTube channel & website are also STOCKED with free workouts. I use it in addition to their app all the time. ⠀ 💪🏻 @madeline_moves - I did her Move, Sweat Shred program to get prepped for our wedding and loved it! She’s been posting free workouts on her instagram everyday 👏🏻⠀ 💪🏻 @zbraham A great strength training resource for those that don’t know what the heck to do or where to start PLUS post rehab/Injury prevention 💫 She offers one-on-one or small group virtual training. Message me for contact info! 💪🏻 @adrienelouise - her YouTube channel is wonderful and free! Her voice is so soothing and she has 100s of yoga flows 🙏🏻⠀ 💪🏻 @barresandbarbells a badass chick, barre teacher, and personal trainer. She has such great resources, tips, and workouts right in her stories and story highlights 🌟 💪🏻 @rachel_wolin_fitness does Instagram live workouts multiple times a week. She’s a Yoga & Barre teacher and is just a light! 🌟⠀
